Entry 220 - Weird Weekend
Dec. 15th, 2002 11:54 pmEver have a day where nothing goes right?
I had a couple like that. It was called 'my weekend.' There were a few good spots...but not many. Let's begin:
Friday afternoon. I do my little thing of wandering around after school before I get picked up, then go home and pack. This is all because I'm going to Carrie's for an overnight. Of course, little do I know what's going to happen...
So, I get there, we do stuff. Carrie and I go up to see a friend of hers (and I get to watch part of FF9, joy ^^) and stay there until about 4-5. Then we head back in the direction of her house, playing a game on the way. I brought a flashlight, which we actually did use. It was fun.
We get back, we eat, I watch her play some of 8 (and watched her get lost in the desert, hehe ^^; poor Carrie), and then we watch tv. She set the alarm, and we did stuff before we fell asleep. Neither of us remember how we got to sleep, though, which is a little weird.
I still can't believe we got up before 8 that next morning. We did, and ended up heading towards Jessie's around 10. Wouldn't you know it, it's raining when we wake up, and it continues all day long? Luckily, Carrie's jacket had a hood, and I borrowed an umbrella from her. We dropped off her gift from Carrie and headed back to where we were yesterday. Got to see more of the game, and then we did stuff.
Went back to her place around 3, then got my stuff together and called home. Some really bad stuff happened, which I refuse to post in here out of respect for some of the parties involved (like me...notice how I say some, not all? it was weird. end of comment.)
So now, it's the end of the weekend, and I have people mad at me. I got my homework done, and will now go watch the DoL girls at their best..random chatter. ^^ More to come.
