Entry 216 - In the News
Nov. 13th, 2002 10:35 pmLook look! I'm updating again..it's a miracle, right? ^^ Hey, it helps me stall before I work on my homework. Besides, I have news, so listen up and listen well, k?
First, the good. I'm doing pretty well in my classes, and we've started volleyball in gym. Hopefully, I won't get decked upside the head with a ball (it hurts -.-) or end up with people who hate me and don't want me on their team. Also, I've been doing my writing, and gotten more added to a couple of my stories. I need a real spiffy title for my newest story..can anybody help me? Yes, my party is still set for the 23rd. Yay.
Then, the bad. Turns out my uncle is back in the hospital. They said that the cancer is growing again, and there's not much else they can do. If I seem depressed to anybody, that's gonna be the reason. We're not sure how things are going to go, so I guess we wait for more updates. ;_;
Now, the ugly. I have so many things due this week, possibly more meetings after school, not many tech people to help, and major stress. If anybody can recruit more people for tech, I will worship you and sing your praises. Really. 6 is not enough. There's some seminar or something us 10th graders can sign up for to be part of in the spring...Amy and I agreed we'd go see what it was about, then maybe sign up.
So, there you go. Stress, stress, and more stress. Good points are that Carrie is going to let me borrow another book and that she's for sure getting out the 19th. Hope all will go well. Sibu, I hope you come back online again, 'cause it's really fun chatting with you. I'll introduce you to some of my online buddies sometime, if you feel up to it.
