Entry 182 -
Jun. 27th, 2002 10:09 pmToday went quite well, surprisingly. It was really hot today, and I finally got my haircut. I biked over to the trailor park to see if the pool was open (and to dry my freshly-washed hair), then came home to call Jessie and Carrie.
We went to pick them up in my mom's car, leaving us 3 girls in back while my brothers rode in front (Drew was driving, Scott came along for the ride). After Carrie and I were done changing here, us 3 walked over to the pool. Yes, me going to the pool, I know it's a big deal, honk horns all you want.
I think I got a little sunburned, but not much. The others were much worse off, mainly 'cause they went to the Union St. pool yesterday. Maybe I'll go with Mike on Monday; he invited me, Jessie, Carrie, and maybe Steph to go. He said that we might meet up with Carlin and Jeff there, but...*shrugs*
We have no deck attached to our house anymore. Drew and mom took the last of the pieces down, and said pieces are now laying in our backyard waiting for my uncle to come get them. He's going to use them in a deck for their camp. ^^ Talk about recycling, huh?
Mom is so putting the air conditioners in this weekend. It's supposed to be in the 90s or something for a few days, and I think without them we would just die. -.-;
Well, I think I'm done. If anybody has ideas for animecity, post them! We could use some feedback. Maybe I'll start posting funny quotes and stuff once our group starts rehearsals...either here, in animecity, or both.
